Client Services Administrator
.
Role Purpose
The Client Services Administrator plays a vital role in providing administrative and operational support across our domain name management services, helping to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and enhance overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL & DNS management.
- Maintain accurate client domain records and documentation.
- Support onboarding, invoicing reviews, and client reporting.
- Respond to and resolve client queries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
About You:
- Proven experience in the
domain name industry
. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities is a
must
. - Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing tools.
