The Position

As the firm continues to expand, our client is seeking someone to play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative operations of the main and supplement businesses. You'll have the autonomy to contribute directly to the firm's success in a dynamic Client Services function, utilizing new technology and software that is built to make the day to day simple.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key contact for a high-calibre client base, supporting Directors and delivering outstanding client care
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Client Services team, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and elevate team performance
  • Fostering collaboration and a positive, productive environment across the firm
  • Keeping managers updated on team capacity and workflow, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Manage reporting software and data analytics dashboards, and providing insight into firm and client operations
  • Handling daily correspondence and communications with precision and professionalism
About You

To be considered, you'll need to bring a background in Client Services or Administration within a Professional Services or Corporate environment. Just as important, you'll be:

  • Administration, Client Services or Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience communicating with clients and third party orgs
  • Tech savvy - experience with different consulting, accounting and analytical software, as well as ATO and ASIC portals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
