A fast-growing Sydney-based Managed Service Provider is on the lookout for a driven
Business Development Manager
to fuel growth across Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, and managed IT services. This is a high-impact role for a true hunter who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals.
The Offer
- Up to $130K base + Super
- Uncapped commission structure – earn 10% of the GP you generate
- Sydney-based | On-site with hybrid flexibility

What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across Microsoft, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure solutions and managed IT services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
- Consult with prospects to understand business needs and present tailored IT solutions
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract closures to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with solution architects and engineers to ensure seamless handover and client onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
- Hunter mentality with excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage your sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting with discipline
- Full Australian working rights
Nice to Have
- Previous experience selling into financial services, professional services, or fintech
- Microsoft or cloud certifications (technical or sales-focused)
- Familiarity with selling managed services contracts and long-term IT strategies
