Mitchelton Wines, located in scenic Regional Victoria and celebrated for its 50-year tradition of producing award-winning and internationally acclaimed wines, is seeking a Direct To Consumer (DTC) Manager to join their team in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview: Direct To Consumer Manager

As Direct To Consumer Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing all DTC sales and marketing strategies for Mitchelton Wines. In this pivotal position, your responsibilities will include:

Wine Club Development & Growth:

Lead the ongoing expansion of our Wine Club, crafting compelling campaigns and initiatives that increase membership, deepen engagement, and build a loyal wine community. Oversee all aspects of online order fulfillment to ensure members receive seamless, premium service reflective of the Mitchelton brand.

Strategic Brand Collaboration:

Work closely with the management team to elevate Mitchelton Wines' profile, integrating DTC priorities with the winery's dynamic hospitality experiences and thriving B2B partnerships. Your strategic insights will drive greater profitability while honouring the unique story of our estate and wines.

Cellar Door Management:

Direct the operations of our renowned Cellar Door, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional. Take full ownership of event planning, staff development, and budget oversight, delivering immersive, memorable experiences that turn first-time visitors into long-term advocates.

Event & Trade Support:

Champion Mitchelton Wines' presence at both onsite and offsite events—coordinating VIP and trade experiences, supporting participation in major industry festivals, and ensuring the brand is represented with distinction at every touchpoint.

This role demands a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to customer excellence, appealing to candidates who aspire to drive direct sales, foster deep relationships, and contribute to the ongoing legacy of one of Victoria's celebrated wineries.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, including list segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analysis.

• Demonstrated success in executing email marketing strategies and automated communications to drive customer engagement and sales.

• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and represent the brand effectively at trade shows, industry festivals, and similar events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar DTC or wine industry role.

• Results-driven with strong initiative and self-motivation.

• Highly organised, with excellent planning and event coordination skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; comfortable in professional settings.

• A collaborative team player, thriving in cooperative and dynamic environments.
