We are looking for a People & Capability Partner to join our small but mighty People and Culture team

As our People and Capability Partner your purpose will be to:

Partner with Leaders across our research and corporate functions, to bridge the people and culture strategy with day-to-day operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our people agenda supports the Institute's success and future objectives.

A key focus for this role will be to embed impactful Learning & Development initiatives that build Leadership capability, foster team effectiveness, and support career growth.

To succeed you will have...

  • Experience coaching and partnering Leaders on complex and strategic P&C matters
  • A proven track record of successful stakeholder management across multiple levels and disciplines, to build capability in their teams
  • Experience with implementing L&D programs
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation / learning facilitation abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational design, change management, or cultural transformation, would be advantageous but is not essential
