The Leaders
You will report to a supportive and experienced People Experience Leader who is committed to building a values-led, people-first culture. Working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team of People & Culture Partners, you will be encouraged to contribute, share ideas, and grow in a team that values trust, open communication, and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced P&C professional to make a tangible impact within a fast-paced and operationally focused environment. You will support a cohort of tenured and engaged shares services teams that include Product, Marketing, Finance, and IT functions, and have the opportunity to be a trusted partner and advisor, championing a culture of performance, collaboration, and care.

With a strong focus on relationships, you'll play a critical role in influencing people outcomes, guiding leaders through complex challenges, and embedding meaningful initiatives that elevate the employee experience. The role will have a focus on creating strong partnerships based on trust and sound advice.

You will also:

  • Partner with leaders to provide generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Offer consultative advice, coaching, and mentorship to develop people leadership capability
  • Champion open communication and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Drive the implementation of people-first programs and initiatives that enhance engagement and wellbeing
  • Support performance and development processes, including succession planning and talent identification
  • Provide timely advice on employee relations and workplace matters to ensure a positive and compliant working environment
  • Prepare and interpret workforce reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making

About you
If you are an experienced P&C professional with a background in a generalist business partner or advisory role particularly within blue-collar or logistics environments, this could be the ideal opportunity for you  You'll bring strong business partnering capabilities and demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters with sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion.

This role will suit you if you are someone who thrives on building trusted relationships with leaders, communicates with confidence across all levels of the business, and enjoys influencing people outcomes through coaching and collaboration. With a strategic mindset and the ability to remain agile and solutions-focused, you'll have every opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
