Unleash your potential. Shape the cities, communities, and infrastructure of tomorrow.
At Deloitte, we're more than consultants, we're helping shape the spaces where people live, work, and play. From precincts and masterplans to social and economic infrastructure, our Real Estate Advisory team helps clients make smarter, future-focused decisions about property.
We're now on the lookout for a Manager to join our growing team. This is your chance to blend your property expertise with strategic thinking, and to play a key role in projects that transform communities across Queensland and Australia.
What will your day look like?
As a Manager, you'll be at the centre of complex and high-impact projects, working with experts from across Deloitte. Your days could include:
- Analysing residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use property markets to reveal insights that drive decisions
- Leading property market research, feasibility modelling, and financial analysis to support big-picture decisions
- Advising on everything from master planning and precincts to urban renewal and transport-oriented development
- Preparing professional reports, proposals, and presentations that help clients see the way forward clearly
- Building lasting relationships with clients — from government agencies and corporates to investors and not-for-profits
- Coaching junior team members and driving engagement outcomes that make a difference.
About our team
Our Real Estate Advisory team is part of Deloitte's Infrastructure & Industrials group within Strategy, Risk & Transactions.
Our team is made up of property market analysts, development managers, engineers, town planners, land economists, and finance professionals. This mix of expertise means we can handle every angle of complex real estate challenges.
We're also plugged into some of the most high-profile infrastructure and urban renewal projects in Australia, spanning transport, education, health, utilities, sport, recreation, and more.
What we're looking for
We know you'll bring your own unique strengths, but ideally you'll also have:
- A property-related qualification (real estate, development, economics or similar)
- 6+ years' experience in roles that might include market analysis, valuation, development feasibility, or strategic advisory
- Strong financial and modelling skills (DCF, feasibility, Excel)
- A sharp eye for research and data, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
- Top-notch report writing and presentation skills
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team on complex engagements.
Why Deloitte?
At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work. We're always learning, innovating and setting the standard; making a positive difference to our clients and our society. We support flexibility and choice. We encourage you to find the right balance between connecting in person with your clients and teams and meeting your own personal needs.
We help you live and work well. To support your personal and professional life, we offer a range of perks and benefits, including retail discounts, wellbeing leave, paid volunteering days, twelve flexible working options, market-leading parental leave and return to work support package.
