Print Operator – Large Format | Coastal Opportunity

Part-time | 25–30 hours per week (flexible) | $30–$34/hr + Super

Join a leading signage and print team in Hervey Bay.

Wolfpack Print is a leading design, print, and signage company based in Hervey Bay, QLD.

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Print Operator to help produce high-quality large-format and digital printing for signage, wraps, and promotional materials.

This is a part-time role offering flexibility and work–life balance. Ideal for someone seeking steady, ongoing hours in a supportive team environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain HP Latex large-format printers
  • Prepare print files, manage colour consistency, and ensure top-quality output
  • Operate laminators and vinyl plotters for accurate finishing
  • Monitor stock levels of print media, inks, and consumables
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient print room
  • Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality results
  • Contribute ideas to improve production efficiency and quality

What You'll Bring
  • Experience operating large-format printing, plotter cut and laminating equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs with good time management skills
  • Basic design or pre-press skills in CorelDRAW or Adobe Creative Suite (advantage)
  • A positive, reliable, and collaborative attitude that fits our team culture
