Silverstone are seeking experienced Site Supervisor for Dewatering Project work throughout multiple Pilbara locations.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise bore installations including pumps, bore trailers, and associated infrastructure
  • Support general tasks including panel work and basic fault-finding
  • Provide leadership across multiple disciplines including HDPE pipeline works and civil scopes
  • Maintain compliance with site HSE and QA standards
  • Communicate effectively with site stakeholders and contractors

Must have requirements

  • Trade Cert (preferred).
  • Must hold a S26 certificate
  • Previous BHP site experience
  • BHP Inducted
  • Must be living in Perth with full working rights
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably in mining-related projects.
  • Relevant certifications such as Construction White Card, High-Risk Work Licenses (preferred).
  • Meet pre-employment medical and drug screen criteria prior to commencement.
