AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are now preparing to ramp up operations at our high grade Blue Spec gold and antimony project, kicking off in Q3 2025.

We are on the lookout for passionate, skilled individuals to join us on this exciting journey. If you're ready to be part of a fast moving, ambitious team as we bring two underground production mines online, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

Join our team at an exciting time as we launch development with the cutting of two brand new portals. As Underground Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate small underground mining crews to deliver mine plans safely, efficiently and productively. This is a unique opportunity to help shape operations from the ground up and play a key role in building a strong, safety focused team.

This role will be FIFO from Perth on a 15 days on, 13 days off roster.
