Our Silverwater DC location is seeking a Pharmacy Storeperson / Inventory Coordinator to ensure stock flow, storage, and operations run smoothly across retail, dispensary, and e-commerce.


About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll take ownership of pharmacy stock organisation and movement, ensuring dispensary, retail, and e-commerce teams always have what they need to operate efficiently. This role suits someone with pharmacy experience, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and organise stock deliveries efficiently.
  • Separate and allocate products across prescription, pharmacist-only, scheduled, and general retail categories.
  • Coordinate between excess stock areas and the retail floor to maintain smooth and efficient stock flow.
  • Improve stock organisation for both retail shop needs and e-commerce order picking.
  • Work closely with staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations across all areas.
  • Manage high-volume deliveries and direct stock placement to optimise efficiency in dispensary, retail, and e-commerce pick/packing.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with handling of scheduled medicines.

About You
  • Previous pharmacy or healthcare storeperson experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medicine scheduling categories (S2, S3, S4) and retail stock (skincare, haircare, vitamins, etc.).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
