Our client is a family-owned, market-leading supplier of steel and mesh products in the Wagga Wagga Region. They serve large-scale contracts, local builders, and domestic customers with materials including steel, mesh, reinforcing products, electrical gates, and fencing solutions.

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Storeperson to join their team.

Storeperson Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, organize, and manage stock and inventory
  • Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials (preferred but not essential)
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Assist with stock takes and inventory control
  • Load and unload trucks for deliveries and pickups
  • Promote and contribute to a safe workplace culture

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in steel, manufacturing, or construction industries (desirable but not essential)
  • Forklift license and experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in stock management or warehousing (preferred but not essential)

Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Regular overtime available
  • Competitive pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
  • Uniforms and PPE provided
  • Training provided for the right applicant (industry experience preferred but not essential)
