Overview

Senior Kitchen Storeperson | Grill Americano Sydney role at LUCAS Restaurants. We are seeking a skilled BOH Senior Storeperson to oversee inventory, stock control, and efficient deliveries. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety standards and storing of general and perishable goods.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory and stock control for BOH operations
  • Manage efficient deliveries and receipt of goods
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Store general and perishable goods appropriately
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated a minimum of 1 year experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar
  • Food safety knowledge is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with H&L highly advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg
  • Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices
  • Must have full work rights in Australia
