We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team based at our High Wycombe location.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM
  • Shifts typically range from 6 to 8 hours per day
  • $32.15

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the picking and packing of floral orders for our florist clients
  • Completing basic documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Requirements:

  • A current forklift license (note: forklift operation is not the primary focus of this role)
  • Full working rights in Australia – applicants must not be on a restricted or limited visa
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous exposure to the floral industry is highly desirable
  • Experience in fresh produce (e.g., fruit and vegetables) is also beneficial due to the transferable skills involved
