About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Director to spearhead the integration and utilization of new web-based interfaces within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Change Analyst/Trainers, implementing a robust change management framework, crafting and executing training programs, assessing system alterations, and ensuring coherent dissemination of information among stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Establish and manage a team of Change Analyst/Trainers
  • - Leverage a change management methodology to create a strategy to support adoption of changes required by the project
  • - Design, Develop, and Implement Change
  • - Support Communication requirements
  • - Assess change impacts and develop plans
  • - Develop the training plan and support training efforts during deployments
  • - Design, develop training material
  • - Identify stakeholder training requirements, conduct, evaluate, and continually review training

Requirements:

  • Key Skills and Experience:
  • - Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in transformation roles, including creation and implementation of structured change
  • - A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process;
  • - Experience with and knowledge of transformation principles, methodologies, and tools;
  • - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably engage with end users, project teams;
  • - Demonstrated experience in developing digital training material during continual software development life cycles
  • - Communication strategies and plans contributing to the successful delivery of complex ICT projects
  • - Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects involving significant business change
  • - Demonstrated experience participating in project delivery teams comprising a mix of employees, contractors, and implementation partners
