  • Offer academic support and mentorship to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.">
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of training and assessment, adhering to quality standards.">
  • Contribute to course development and continuous improvement initiatives.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) is required.">
  • A relevant diploma-level qualification in IT or a related field is necessary.">
  • Industry experience in ICT, including knowledge of current trends, is highly valued.">
  • Strong expertise in the ICT60220 qualification is essential.">
  • Experience delivering training to adult learners, preferably in a CRICOS or RTO environment, is preferred.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.">
  • A student-first attitude and commitment to quality education are vital.">
  • Preference will be given to trainers who are multilingual or fluent in more than one language.">
