Meet the Implementations team

Our Implementations Team are experienced LEAP specialists who bring new users into our network and set them up for success from day one. As a trusted LEAP expert, you'll work closely with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient adoption of LEAP software, enabling a seamless transition that allows our clients to focus on what they do best.

From initial project meetings through to follow-up training, you'll provide hands-on, on-site, and face-to-face support. This personal approach gives our clients both comfort and confidence in the power of our products.

This is a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact - guiding clients from their very first interaction with LEAP right through to 'business as usual'.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager you will provide clients' with a successful implementation experience. You will be the key link between our internal experts and our clients - coordinating timelines, data collection and transition, managing expectations, and ensuring every step of the onboarding journey runs seamlessly. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your ability to organise, communicate, and guide will have real, lasting impact.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Manage clients' expectations in the lead up to implementation with regards to software functionality, implementation timeline and sequence
  • Schedule transitions and installations
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of LEAP
  • Maintain documentation
  • Provide consistent contact with the client throughout the implementation process
  • Meet with the client before, during and after the implementation to LEAP

What you'll bring

You'll have 2+ years' experience in project management dealing with data transitions or you've worked with legal practice management systems, and your technical skillset will include:

  • Solid understanding of database environments
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines to achieve business outcomes
  • Confidence liaising with internal and external clients and their IT Partners
  • Experience using LEAP
