Pristine Dentistry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant/Front Office Co-Ordinator for part-time - casual - Full-time position. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and managing front-desk operations in a professional setting, we invite you to apply.

Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Welcome Patients: Greet and assist patients, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage Appointments: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently and courteously.
  • Address Inquiries: Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
  • Prepare Treatment Rooms: Ensure treatment areas are ready and instruments are sterilized according to infection control protocols.
  • Assist Chairside: Support our dentists during procedures, contributing to high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate patient records, upholding confidentiality and organization.
  • Supply Management: Order and restock dental supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Carry out various administrative and clinical tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist is essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanour.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional personal presentation and business etiquette.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (preferably D4W).
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to work independently while delivering efficient and accurate results in a dynamic team environment.
