**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Receptionist**, to join our busy Sales Department located in **Mercedes-Benz Warwick Farm** on a full-time basis.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
- Assisting potential clients with enquiries
- Booking vehicles in for service and recalls in ERA and Excel
- General administration support duties
- Proven Reception experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
