The South Australian Motor Sport Board (SAMSB) is responsible for the management, development and delivery of major motorsport events to promote South Australia.

Role Details

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Officer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of projects that support the achievement of marketing objectives for SAMSB events.

In this role you will work collaboratively with The Hub and the Senior Marketing Officer on development of digital assets for all event campaigns and paid media activities. You will also:

  • Manage build and ongoing updates for all SAMSB websites as well as content creation and graphic design as required.
  • Manage in-event brand asset delivery ensuring consistent application of branding across all event and marketing materials.
  • Organise, create and successfully deliver the Official Program and Schools Day activities.
  • Work collaboratively with all SAMSB teams to ensure smooth communication and logistics relating to promotional activities and maximise fan engagement.
  • Coordinate Motorsport operations with Teams and Talent, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth communications and logistics relating to promotional activities.
  • Lead Marketing related projects as required.

Special Conditions

  • You will be required to work extended hours leading into and during major events.
  • You will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
  • You may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • This role requires a National Criminal History check.
