What You'll Be Doing:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be the face of our practice. You'll play a vital role in welcoming patients, assisting with appointment bookings, handling payments, and ensuring our front desk runs smoothly. Your role will be dynamic and require you to:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries
  • Handle payments with professionalism
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and provide a high level of customer care
  • Support the chiropractor by ensuring smooth daily operations

Weekly Hours:

Monday: 6.45am-6.45pm (including breaks)

Tuesday: 6.45am-1.15pm (including breaks)

Wednesday: 12pm-7pm (including breaks)

Thursday: 6.45am-6.45pm (including breaks)
