We seek a friendly, energetic, Chiropractic Assistant at our practice located in Noble Park.
Our practice comprises of 2 Chiropractors, a Remedial Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor and we require a friendly, reliable team player that has excellent communication skills and friendly telephone manner that has also excellent organisational and time management skills and a passion for chiropractic care and healthy living.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, well presented, and a quick thinking team player, who is able to work efficiently, has great attention to detail and enjoys a systems driven workplace.

This role involves assisting patients both in person and by phone, supporting our
Chiropractors and staff with administrative tasks related to patient care and general practice duties. The successful applicant must be able to follow direction, adhere to our policies and procedures, and work well in a team environment.
This role is as much about your personality as your skill set. You will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their health and vitality, therefore you must be a compassionate and caring “people” person and someone who loves our patients as much as we do

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent communication skills, with a warm and professional phone manner
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable, energetic, well presented and professional at all times
- Quick learner with a "can do" attitude, and excellent team working skills
- High level of computer literacy
- A professional demeanor combined with certainty, resilience and diplomacy

**Desirable Criteria**
- Reception experience
- Customer service experience
- Visitbase practice management software experience
- An ability to use social media to help grow our online presence.

This is a casual position of approximately 15 hours (3 shifts) per week with the potential for additional hours that includes coverage when other staff are on leave.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.30 - $30.84 per hour
