We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our team at Caboolture South. If you're a people-person who enjoys variety, loves keeping things organised, and wants a role that fits around your lifestyle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

• Casual position with consistent Wednesday shifts (morning & afternoon)
• Opportunity to cover additional shifts if team members are on leave or unwell
• Occasional extra shifts may be available at our Lawnton practice if it's a great fit
• Competitive hourly rate (with incremental increases based on training & experience)
• Full training provided with step-by-step manuals and support

Core responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming our clients with a smile
• Managing bookings and client records using PracSuite (full training provided)
• Answering phones and emails (Gmail)
• Processing payments and simple admin tasks (e.g. scanning documents)
• Supporting chiropractors to keep the practice running smoothly
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality experience for every client

What We're Looking For

Our ideal Chiropractic Assistant is someone who is:

• Reliable & flexible – committed to set shifts, with the ability to cover when needed
• Positive & friendly – enjoys making people feel welcome
• Team-oriented – works well alongside others in a supportive environment
• Sociable & approachable – a natural people-person
• Determined enough to pick up new systems quickly with guided training (PracSuite, Gmail, phone handling, scanning)
• Open-minded & coachable – happy to learn and understand our way of doing things.
• Experience in reception, healthcare, or dental practices is a bonus — but not essential. We'll provide full training for the right person.
