About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven person who is eager to assist our growing clinic with all aspects of administration and customer service. Previous experience in a medical reception role preferred. The role is Part-Time or Casual depending on the availability of the applicant.

Main tasks:

- Customer service via phone and face to face interactions.
- Manage practitioner administration, schedules, client bookings, cancellations and enquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Work towards customer service KPI’s (i.e. courtesy calls, follow ups, etc.)
- Manage financial transactions via EFTPOS, HICAPS, invoicing, etc.
- Assist with online presence via website, social media, google.
- General upkeep and cleanliness of the clinic.
- A good understanding of our Policies and Procedures and running of the clinic.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.

About you:

- Well presented with a friendly and genuine approach to people.
- Strong computer literacy with an organised and planned approach to work.
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Attention to detail and ability to work well within a team or independently when required.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Skills in social media, Canva and/or WordPress will be highly valued.
- Certificate III in Health Administration or a Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration) or willing to obtain.

Role Requirements:

- Ability to work a variety of shifts between Monday-Friday, 8.30 am -6.15 pm and the potential for occasional shifts on Saturdays 8.30am-1pm.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
