We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused individual with a passion for property and the drive to exceed expectations.

As a Sales Associate, you'll join the high-performing team led by Peter Kiritsis, gaining invaluable exposure, experience and mentoring. You'll have the opportunity to build your profile, grow your network, and learn from a consistent market leader.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • OFI call backs and lead nurturing

  • Assisting with buyer management and negotiation of offers

  • Attending property appointments and open inspections

  • Preparing CMAs, property reports and appraisal information

  • Building and maintaining a database and pipeline of future clients

  • Delivering consistent, high quality service to clients before, during and after sales

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset

  • Professional phone manner and high-level customer service

  • Polished personal presentation

  • Must have a real estate licence or be willing to complete the course prior to your start date

  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative in a fast-paced environment
