Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate at Elysian Springs. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales through commission-based transactions, managing client relationships, and promoting our exceptional wines. This role is based in Australia with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in wine or beverage sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of wine production and industry trends is a plus
  • Previous experience in a commission-based sales role
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends
