We work on several exciting actuarial consulting projects, where we apply our analytical skills and market knowledge to help our clients achieve their business objectives. Simultaneously, we are developing , our Augmented AI platform designed to transform insurance workflows.
We are now seeking a
seasoned Actuarial Analyst
with
3 years of experience
to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on actuarial consulting with direct contributions to AI-based product development.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to and drive client consulting projects across pricing, claims analytics, business intelligence and other forms of modelling and risk analysis. You will be collaborating with actuaries to define and understand a variety of business problems while communicating insights clearly to clients and key stakeholders through high-quality reports and presentations. Additionally, as our team grows, you will act as a subject-matter expert and provide mentorship to junior analysts where appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to product development for our innovative product.

This is a
full-time position
, or at minimum
four days a week

Ideally, you should have:
• 3 years of actuarial experience in the general insurance sector.
• Making strong progress toward actuarial qualifications (e.g., FIAA or equivalent).
• Proficiency in
Python
and
Excel
is essential; experience with R, SQL, or machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience working on complex data problems and delivering real business impact.
• Aptitude for business acumen and understanding of insurance markets, products, and pricing or reserving concepts.
• You are highly driven, keen to make a strong contribution and seek career progression in a growing company.
• You love interesting challenges, solving problems and developing innovative solutions.
• You are interested in pursuing a career in Actuarial, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
• You are highly collaborative, but can also work independently and tackle problems yourself.
• You have very strong technical and analytical skills.
• You have, or are keen to develop, a good understanding of insurance markets, products, and concept.
