We're on the lookout for a motivated
Junior Business Analyst
who can also support project coordination activities. This is an
initial 6-month engagement with strong potential to extend
, based
in the office 5 days a week in the office in Albury.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis
  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and stakeholder meetings
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and project updates
  • Supporting testing, validation, and change management activities
  • Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related role
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project a plus
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals
