Are you a confident business developer who thrives on outbound execution but also loves representing a brand on the global stage? InspireX is looking for a Business Development Manager to own outbound sales execution while being the face of our business at key international events.

We specialise in software development services for the Audio Visual (AV) industry and adjacent technology sectors, helping manufacturers and innovators worldwide to accelerate product roadmaps, modernise user experiences, and deliver complex projects with speed and precision.

Our work spans embedded team augmentation, turnkey development, and advisory services, all delivered through globally distributed technical hubs with deep expertise. For many, we're still the best-kept secret in the industry - your role is to change that.

What You'll Do

  • Spend around 80% of your time executing disciplined outbound campaigns: building sequences, running outreach via HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and booking qualified meetings.
  • Represent InspireX at 4–5 international tradeshows each year (US/EMEA), engaging decision-makers and fuelling follow-up campaigns.
  • Work closely with our pre-sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless handover and strong conversion rates.
  • Follow through effectively on every interaction — turning event conversations, cold outreach, and early-stage discussions into well-qualified opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Executive functions, ensuring InspireX stays front of mind for when opportunities emerge.
  • Own your pipeline, reporting results with transparency and consistency.
What Success Looks Like
  • Within 3 months, you'll be booking qualified calls and pitching our brand consistently with AV product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Within 6 months, you'll have built a predictable pipeline of opportunities, with events complementing your outbound engine.
  • Within 12 months, you'll be recognized as a trusted first point of contact for multiple accounts, fueling repeat opportunities and ongoing engagement.

What you Bring

  • A proven track record in outbound B2B sales, ideally across SaaS, technology, or AV ecosystems.
  • Confidence pitching to executives and product/engineering leaders in international markets.
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of outbound realities (gatekeepers, no-replies, rejections).
  • Strength in relationship management - knowing how to keep conversations warm, add value consistently, and progress opportunities over time.
  • Experience using modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) with discipline.
