What You'll Be DoingYou'll manage a varied family law caseload, complex property and parenting matters, whilst supported by partners who prioritise learning and professional development.

  • Handle a mix of property settlements, parenting matters & mediations
  • Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court with support from senior lawyers
  • Draft consent orders, binding agreements and negotiation documents
  • Build rapport with clients and develop your own client relationships

What You'll Bring

  • Admitted to practice in VIC with 3–5 years' PQE in family law
  • Confident file management and client-facing communication
  • Strong advocacy, drafting and attention to detail
