Range Ford has been operating as a new Ford franchise in the Maddington PMA for over 40 years. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team during an exciting period of growth.

Our ideal candidate will be committed to a high standard of work and be a contributing part of our team. We are seeking a courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented person to assist in providing seamless customer service to our valued guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering & directing incoming phone calls.
  • Welcoming guests to the dealership.
  • Assisting with Licensing runs to DOT
  • Raising Purchase orders (PO's)
  • Record all customers into Era (our database) prospect maintenance.
  • Recording all inbound customer enquiries.
  • Arranging new, used, fleet and wholesale files.
  • Incoming mail distribution and outgoing mail folding and posting.
  • Scanning, filing, and emailing
  • Maintenance of stationery supplies for the dealership
  • General housekeeping duties.

  • Exceptional attitude with a professional and proactive approach towards your work.
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Be well presented.
  • Be a friendly and out-going member of our team.
