If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a **Casual Receptionist at Maddington Hyundai.**

**The role**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner as they arrive at the dealership.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area.

**You**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
