Are you an experienced Senior Project Managerwith a strong background in HVAC Construction projects?

This is a TRUE Project Management role with NO day-to-day site management, contractor staffing engagement or trivial site issues to deal with. Each of our projects have experienced & dedicated site managers to deal with the smooth running of all site-based issues.

We work closely with tier one, multinational companies and pride ourselves on being a progressive leader across the Commercial HVAC Engineering solutions sector.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager – (HVAC).Your role is to Manage and execute multiple commercial HVAC projects. You will play the pivotal role in client facing, planning, coordination, financials, procurement deals of major equipment and successful project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong project related relationships with all internal divisions, suppliers and our Clients.

Qualifications and skills required:

• 10+ years of Project management experience within the Commercial HVAC contracting industry.
• Experience in managing large, projects of a value of up to $40,000, circa)
• A mechanical trade qualification with extensive HVAC system knowledge.
• Experience in Data Centres HVAC is beneficial.
• Solid D & C knowledge / experience
• Software experience with Revit, Pronto, Bluebeam PDF, Excel and Camel, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)
• Strong leadership skills, ability to negotiate and present to Clients
• Understanding of AS / ISO standards & regulations
• Strong QA /QC knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to a wide variety of challenges.
• Proven experience in project planning, budget control, costings, estimation, supplier negotiation and transport control
• Excellent reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
