Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team who can balance many priorities while maintaining grace and works with high accuracy.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be responsible for:
- Employee related administration: Providing comprehensive administrative support for all employee lifecycle activities.
- Systems and Processes Ownership: Taking initiative to manage and improve HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This includes effectively using Employment Hero, corporate traveller, maintaining our shared drives and other systems where appropriate.
- Payroll Input Accuracy: Ensuring the timely and accurate collation of information for payroll to ensure effective payroll for employees.
- Recruitment Support: Assisting with various aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, reference checks and administration around applicant management.
- New Employee Administration: Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain employee data and statistics and fulfil reporting requests for leaders.
- Cultural Initiatives: Contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives that foster a positive and engaging company culture.
About You:
You will be a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources and/or Business. You are highly organized and with excellent attention to detail, and with a proactive approach to your work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for people and culture.
Responsibilities such as administration, HR data and reporting, system updates/maintenance, and creating efficient processes are your super powers. You are wanting to drive career in Human Resources by working alongside a great coach that enables your professional growth.
You will have been working part-time through university in an administrative type role.
