**About the role**:
As the HR coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR, recruitment and WH&S management. The team is going through significant growth and we need creative and proactive HR to support the team now and for the future.

This is a standalone HR role with the opportunity to make a true impact. There will be a requirement to offer support to the customer service and accounts during downtime.

**Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator**
- Provide timely and high-quality HR administration support to the business
- Coordinate and oversee the employee on-boarding and off-boarding experience
- Interpret and advise on Awards, National Employment Standards and Fair Work Act
- Ensure employee digital records are maintained accurately and remain compliant with all legislative requirements
- Coordinate the WHS program and support Workers Compensation and return to work plans
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as required
- General admin support to the customer service and accounts team as needed.

**Who we are looking for**:

- An experienced HR Coordinator who has 2 years hands-on experience in a generalist HR or recruitment role
- Bachelor's Degree majoring in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times

This is currently a part time role (24 hours per week, days and times flexible however looking for hours over a 4 day spread). Future plan to move to full time role as the company grows.
