Role Summary

The Change Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of change management activities to support the successful adoption of business, process, or technology initiatives. The role ensures that organisational change impacts are effectively managed and that employees are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the transition.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify how changes will affect people, processes, and systems across the organisation.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand concerns, manage expectations, and secure commitment to change.
  • Provide coaching and support to senior leaders, project teams, and employees to foster a change-ready culture.
  • Develop a change strategy
  • Develop comms strategy and approach
  • Draft communication for senior stakeholders and company all hands in regard to projects and programs
