Bentley Park College is seeking a dedicated Deputy Principal to work in collaboration with our Secondary School team to lead our dedicated staff to achieve the highest possible outcomes for our student body. This role is being offered in a temporary full-time capacity for Term 1, 2026 unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support the Principal in leading a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise in their absence.
- Model ethical, values-based leadership, embedding socially just practices and setting high expectations for staff and student performance.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the school.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, and industry to support student success and school improvement.
- Apply strategic thinking, policy understanding, and effective resource management to support the school's long-term goals and compliance.
