Trinity Bay State High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Principal to lead and support our Junior Secondary team. This role has oversight of key responsibilities across Years 7 to 9, with a strong focus on curriculum, assessment, and moderation processes.

Trinity Bay is proud to be an award-winning school. Students have the opportunity to participate in specialised programs, including our Rugby League School of Excellence. In the senior years, we provide a comprehensive range of academic and vocational pathways, including the custodianship of a regional vocational academy. Our junior school combines core subjects with an expanding selection of electives, helping Year 7 students transition smoothly from primary school.
We also offer a range of enrichment and extension programs in dance, drama, music, technical theatre, and sport, supporting students to explore their talents and interests beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.

- Experience in eLearning and digital pedagogies will be highly regarded.
