Admissions Support Staff – Gastroenterology

We are a growing gastroenterology practice looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to provide admissions support across our multiple locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering professional, high-quality patient service.
What We Offer:
- Part-time or casual hours across all sites — travel between locations required.
- Monday to Friday work only — no nights or weekends.
- Public holidays off and a designated Christmas break.

About You:
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated — you take ownership of your work.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
- Enjoy moving between sites and adapting to different work environments.
- Strong communication skills with patients, doctors, and clinical teams.
- Computer savvy and confident using digital systems for patient admissions.
- Previous medical administration, admissions, or call centre experience is an advantage (but not essential).
- Able to multitask, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure.
