About the roleWe're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Brisbane team. This unique hybrid role sees you working 2 days onsite with a key customer in Lytton and 3 days at our Eagle Farm office, acting as the vital link between the customer's operations and Seabridge's export services.

- Coordinate export shipments across AU & NZ sites
- Prepare export documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, B/L, AWB, etc.)
- Keep shipment data accurate and current in SAP
- Track orders end-to-end and provide proactive updates
- Represent Seabridge in daily customer operations meetings
- Issue freight invoices and finalise job costings

About You- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
- Background in admin, supply chain, manufacturing or customer service (preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills; SAP exposure a plus
