Qualifications and experience

  • The ideal candidates will have at least 2-year experience.
  • Culinary School Qualification
  • Food Handling Certificates
  • References
  • Experience in high end restaurant establishments, preferrable.

  • Confidently handle a busy service.
  • Show up to work on time with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage your time.
  • Be a great mentor to other members of our team, while being able to work under pressure.
  • Operate within a culture of respect.
  • Cook and present high-quality food.
  • Adhere to cleaning procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work space.
  • Effectively and professionally troubleshoot operational problems with the Executive Chef.
