The Weld Club, located adjacent to Perth's Elizabeth Quay, is a prestigious private club offering two dining rooms, functions and accommodation.
This leading club is seeking a Full Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on the cold larder/pastry section. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of the kitchen operation, including; preparing and cooking for A la Carte, breakfast lunch and dinner, buffet service and functions, menu creation and junior staff management.
Key requirements for the position include:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified chef.
- Cold larder, pastry section experience is an advantage.
- A passion for creating premium quality food.
- Function and A la carte experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive Attitude & Innovative.
- Proven longevity in previous positions
The position will provide the opportunity to work in one of Australia's leading clubs, cooking with quality produce, preparing a very high standard of food in a professional, stable working environment.
