**The Company**

**Belgravia Health and Leisure Group** proudly manage 3 sites in the Whittlesea area, TRAC, Mill Park Leisure and Whittlesea Swim Centre. The centres are aquatic and leisure facilities situated in the Whittlesea council, Victoria. Our facilities offer you a fully equipped gym featuring a wide range of both cardio and weights. Group fitness classes with a timetable that provides a wide variety of exercise classes to choose from.

Aquatic facilities include an indoor 25m pool, warm water pool, heated program and splash park equipped with water features for the kids to enjoy.

**The Role**

We are on the hunt for a motivated **Marketing Coordinator** to join our team. In this **Part time,** health and fitness-focused role, you’ll be working alongside the team to execute the marketing and communications plans for the centres. You will also assist with the day to day marketing functions of the Centres and their launches, events and programs, with a particular focus on:

- Promotional collateral development
- Lead generation & planning
- Online communications & social media
- General marketing and communication activities and advice for management
- Reporting

ESSENTIAL:

- Degree or equivalent in marketing, communication or the equivalent;
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications role;
- Experience in one or several of the following key industries:

- Fitness/Leisure/ Aquatics
- Events
- Team Player
- Can work in an agile environment

DESIRABLE:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and/ or Word Press
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing (including content management, SEO, SEM, Social Media)
- Understanding of strategic communications and PR
- Understanding of Brand Management
