We are seeking a mid-level analyst with experience in the Contracting & Procurement function and a sound understanding of base C&P processes and activities. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions or changes that matter.

This Perth-based role offers exposure to a dynamic team environment, with opportunities to learn and contribute to initiatives involving AI, data governance, and digital transformation. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work in a digitally focused shared services team, responding to a wide range of challenges that often require creative problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into system and data-enabled outcomes.
  • While not responsible for deep technical development, the role plays a key part in leading citizen development efforts—currently through tools like Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps—ensuring digital solutions are effectively adopted, understood, and embedded across the function.
  • Lead or support initiatives around new technology exploration and adoption, including data governance and AI exploration.
  • Provide clear, responsive Contracting & Procurement function support and guidance to users, with a focus on continuous improvement—particularly related to the Contract Lifecycle Management System (Icertis) and Datawarehouse systems.
  • Develop, own, and manage key Power BI dashboards that deliver insights for C&P teams.
  • Keep dashboards updated and relevant, building in new analytics as our needs evolve.
  • Champion and manage Power BI dashboards for individuals and teams as needed.
  • Coordinate audit-related data requests for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

  • Comfortable with technological change and the challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Ability to problem-solve and source solutions from internal and external resources.
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently liaise between teams, translate technical information into tangible outcomes, and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to work effectively with Perth-based and global teams.
  • A solid grasp of the bigger picture—how systems, governance, and data support broader business performance.
  • Confidence to work with autonomy in managing stakeholders, with the authority to directly solve issues and the instinct to escalate when appropriate.

Relevant Experience That Would Be Beneficial

  • Previous exposure to a broad range of C&P teams, including insights from the function as a technology or data consumer.
  • Aptitude for understanding data analytics and dashboarding, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
  • Hands-on familiarity with contract lifecycle management, SAP and the Microsoft Power Platform environments is desirable but not essential.

Career Development & Value Proposition

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Gain exposure to emerging technologies including AI and data governance.
  • Work within a supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Learn and try new tools and approaches in a dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to meaningful digital transformation initiatives within the C&P function which make a meaningful difference to the Contracts and Procurement functions by adding value and improving the user experience.

Recognition & Reward:

What you can expect from us:

  • Commitment to your ongoing development, including on-the-job opportunities, formal programs, coaching and mentoring
  • Industry-leading 18 weeks' paid parental leave for primary carer, and maintenance of superannuation or retirement benefits at the current rate during any period of unpaid parental leave for up to 24 months (plus secondary carer leave entitlements)
