Job Description Lead end-to-end business analysis for key commercial and operational initiatives Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements Develop actionable insights using sales, demand, and inventory data Support trade spend optimisation, pricing, and promotional analysis Identify and drive process improvements across supply and demand planning Work closely with IT teams on system enhancements and data integration Prepare business cases, process maps, and functional specifications Assist in system implementation and support UAT where required Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership The Successful Applicant2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 in Energy, retail, or consumer goods Proven ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into business actions Strong knowledge of operations-supply chain, sales, promotions, forecasting Experience working with ERP systems (e.g.
SAP, Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)Advanced Excel and data modelling skills Familiarity with trade spend analysis and commercial finance principles Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability Agile project delivery experience is desirable What's on Offer$100,000 - $130,000 + Super (depending on experience)Opportunities for professional growth and development.
