Our client is looking for a motivated QCE graduate to join their high-energy team as a Support & Operations Trainee. This is a paid traineeship where you'll gain hands-on experience, learn valuable business skills, and receive nationally recognised training — all while earning a full-time wage.

What You'll Do

As a trainee, you'll be supported to learn how to:

  • Assist with customer applications, privacy calls & contract preparation
  • Enter and manage customer data, files & documentation
  • Support daily funding processes and general administration
  • Help onboard brokers, send agreements & process invoices
  • Follow up missed payments and coordinate with collections partners
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

No experience is required — all training is provided.

  • A recent QCE school leaver
  • Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
