Painter and Blaster

We are seeking skilled and experienced Painter / Blasters ideally with Rope Access tickets (L1-L3) to join our team at Alcoa Portland Aluminium Smelter in Victoria for approximately 4 - 6 months.

You will playing a crucial part in a remediation coating program, building a legacy of excellence. This is your opportunity to work within a global leader

Ideally you will have exposure within heavy industrial environments.

About you

• Cert III in Surface Preparation and Coating Applications – desirable
• Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Blaster
• Work at Heights Certification – valid within 3 years - mandatory
• Drivers Licence – preferred
• Construction Industry Induction (white /) - preferred
• High levels of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Great time management skills
• The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
