Chatswood, Australia Star Medical Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Star Medical Clinic has three locations that are committed to offering exceptional patient care. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Patients: Warmly welcome patients and visitors to the medical centre.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling as needed.
  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting personal information and processing payments.
  • Record Management: Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Ability to work across both our Chatswood and Hornsby clinics is preferred.
