Receptionist for an Allied Health Clinic in Chatswood

*MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH and MANDARIN CHINESE*

We are an established allied health clinic (Physio, Chiro, Massage) that is quickly growing. Our goal is to provide excellent service that empowers the patient to evolve their health potential right into their senior years. Our practice is seeking a Receptionist to assist in the everyday front desk role. You would be joining a fun, warm and friendly team.

This position requires a motivated "can-do" person who is committed to exceptional customer service and providing support to a team of allied health practitioners. Previous experience as an Allied Health Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day to day task of a receptionist
  • Welcome and assist patients with enquires and appointments via phone or in person
  • Managing phone and email queries
  • Accurately process payment via cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare and etc.
  • Assist the team of allied health practitioner
  • Maintain cleanliness of the clinic
  • Maintain confidentiality of patients personal details and financial information

Essential Criteria:

  • *MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH and MANDARIN CHINESE*
  • Have Permanent Residency (PR) or Australian Citizenship
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, and express empathy
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Adaptable as well as being a fast learner
  • A "can-do" attitude
