About the Role:

The Senior Product Designer collaborates closely with stakeholders across risk, operations, and technology to gain a deep understanding of the organisation's structure, policies, and operational needs. In this role, the designer is responsible for maintaining and building strong, productive relationships with key individuals, ensuring alignment between business objectives and design outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end digital products within cross-functional product teams.
  • Apply strong domain expertise in Cards and Payments, including authorization, posting, 3Ds, tokenization, and credit/debit card transactions, with knowledge of AS2805, ISO8583, and JSON/Avro messaging standards.
  • Perform advanced SQL and data analysis, translating insights into meaningful outcomes for business stakeholders.
  • Execute data/interface mapping and system integration across APIs, Kafka, MQ, and TCP/IP environments.
  • Present complex designs with clarity and influence through strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Build trusted relationships and drive outcomes through effective cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong domain knowledge in Fraud and Scam management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAS Fraud Management solutions.
  • Proven expertise in ETL, PRM, and migration-related projects.
  • Background in delivering technology-enabled projects within complex environments.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies with collaborative team delivery.
  • Experience working with multiple fraud and scam solutions/vendors, including MasterCard, Visa, DXC, FIS, Ethoca, Fircosoft, RSA, and Pegasus.
